1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Minors may only purchase or access our offerings with direct parental or guardian supervision and permission.

2. Account Registration & Access

Access to certain services, such as coaching portals, programs, and the Circle community, requires user registration. You agree to:

3. Payment & Billing

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Courses, Workshops, Digital Programs:

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed the course or downloaded materials.

If you completed all activities and did not see results, submit documentation to request a results-based refund. This is discretionary.

Refunds exclude administrative or processing fees.

Payment Plans:

Auto-charged monthly on date of initial purchase. If you would like the recurring charge date changed please submit a support ticket to: https://www.successstacker.com/contact-us

Late fee schedule:

1st - 3rd failed attempt → no fee, email sent

4th attempt → account locked; reactivation requires full payment

One-time grace exception may be granted case-by-case

Renewals:

Canceled within 30 days → charged for first month, remainder refunded

After 30 days → no refund

Live Events:

More than 30 days prior → full refund

Within 30 days → registration credit (valid 6 months). Once applied, non-refundable.

Self-Cancellation or Termination:

Voluntary cancellation = no refund

Termination due to policy violation = forfeiture of access and eligibility for discounted reentry

6. Use Restrictions

You may not:

Share or resell course materials

Violate any applicable laws

Post spam or abusive content in community areas

We may revoke access without refund for misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and frameworks are proprietary to Success Stacker. You may not duplicate, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation. Coaching and programs are educational and transformational, not therapy or medical services.

You agree that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in these services and take full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being before, during, and after the use of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Success Stacker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

You acknowledge that Priya Ramesh is operating as a sole proprietor and not as a corporation or limited liability company. Accordingly, your use of this site and related services is at your own risk, and you agree that no legal entity shields or guarantees any obligations beyond the terms expressly outlined herein.

10. Governing Law, Disputes & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be filed in San Diego County, CA.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to trial by jury.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priya Ramesh, her officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
