Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, coaching programs, memberships, certifications, and digital products provided by the entity doing business as Success Stacker and Priya Narthakii (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. 14-Day Cancellation Guarantee (Courses, Workshops, Digital Programs)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date provided that:

You have not completed the entire course

You have not downloaded all course materials

You have not attended more than one live session (if applicable)

If you have completed all course activities and still do not experience meaningful results, you may submit proof of completion to request a results-based refund. Approval is at the discretion of Success Stacker.

All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method minus any applicable processing or administrative fees.

2. Payment Plans & Late Fees

If you enroll in a payment plan:

Payments will be auto-charged monthly based on your original purchase date.

You may access your payment dashboard to update your payment method, pay early, or view your schedule.

Late Fees:

1st failed payment attempt → email reminder, no fee

2nd failed attempt → email reminder, no fee

3rd failed attempt → email reminder, no fee

4th failed attempt → program access paused. Full remaining balance required to regain access

We may, on a one-time basis, extend grace to waive fees or shift deadlines. This is case-by-case and not guaranteed.

3. Renewal Cancellations

If you cancel a program renewal within 30 days of the renewal date, you will be charged the equivalent of the first month’s fees. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.

After 30 days, no refunds are available and you will remain liable for the full renewal amount.

4. Memberships

Inspiring Parent Guide: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Inspiring Parent Mentor: No cancellations or partial refunds. Access automatically ends after 12 months.

Legacy Leadership: You may cancel within 72 hours for a full refund. After 72 hours, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued. However, at the discretion of Success Stacker, a case may be considered for full or partial credit.

5. Live Events & Registrations

More than 30 days before event: 100% refundable

Within 30 days: No cash refunds, but a Registration Credit will be issued (valid for 6 months)

Once Registration Credit is applied to another program or service, it is final sale and cannot be transferred or refunded.

6. Self-Cancellation & Termination

If you voluntarily cancel your program, no refunds will be issued. If your access is terminated due to policy violations or non-payment, you forfeit any remaining access and are not eligible for re-entry at a discount unless otherwise stated.
