PEAK PARENTING STRATEGIST
Mom of 2
CREATOR OF VALUES-MINDSET:
a parenting shift few people talk about but every parent feels is missing
I never planned to coach parents.
(In fact, I didn’t even think I wanted kids.)
I didn’t build this out of struggle. I built it because something true was being ignored.
When I became a parent,
I wanted to “do it right”—
even before the baby arrived.

During my pregnancy, I read over 40 of the most respected books on parenting from newborn all the way to adulthood—everything from developmental milestones to discipline, learning theory, neuroscience and advanced communication.
And that’s when I realized—
nearly all of it focused on physical milestones or behavior tactics even when parenting tweens and teens.
But my questions were about what actually shapes us
That same inquiry had already taken me through four university degrees—
in biology, philosophy, public health, and business—and a book-a-week habit (now over 1,200 books deep) exploring how humans think, grow, and lead—spanning learning theory, Montessori, cognitive & developmental psychology, systems thinking, literature, Vedanta, cultural anthropology, leadership, self-development, biographies and history.
Add to that: certifications in yogic sciences, pranic healing, and Strategic Intervention and 36 Tony Robbins events.
What I studied wasn’t simple but
what I discovered was...

What shapes any of us is
who we believe we are
AND how we choose
to express that belief.
When that identity is clear,
responsibility isn’t forced.
IT’S CHOSEN.
That insight became the foundation of everything I created for parents and now teach across cultures, continents, and belief systems to help families ignite responsibility from the inside out.
The VERY NEXT DAY after attending the Stop the Distractions MasterClass and learning the 3-step Mentor Effect method, the impossible happened. My son was at the top of the stairs and said, 'Mom, my backpack’s ready.' That has never happened before.
Instead of managing him and saying like 'Go get your socks,' I used the 3-Step method. I stopped and just asked the value questions you taught us and he actually got it. By 4:00 PM, I couldn't believe how much energy I still had. No meltdowns, no 'blank list' roaming the house waiting to be told what to do. I cannot thank you enough. This is the program I had been praying for - a real God-send!

In less than a week, just using the the 4 value words that ignite responsibility properly has caused a difference in my daughter’s responses to me.
She already has shown a shift for the better in completing tasks fully and realizing when she didn’t complete something. Such a small adjustment on the approach has made a noticeable difference.
Thank you for helping me realize that I am creating my own shifts as well as I learn to be more skilled as a Parent Mentor.

The Values-Mindset way of parenting has been so inspiring—both as a parent and a team leader. I’ve learned to stop micromanaging and, instead, inspire my kids with responsibility so they create their own systems for accountability. Now I know how to shift from instruction and frustration to real growth—together.

I always saw responsibility as a burden—endless tasks and obligations. But now, I see it differently. Instead of forcing things, I have found a way to allow them to make their own decisions. This shift has brought more connection, and peace into our home.

I used to worry when my daughter spent time with friends or reading instead of studying before a test—I saw it as misplaced priorities. But this training helped me view it differently. I realized she organizes her time in a way that works best for her, and I don’t need to impose my own rules.

This training gave me so much clarity how to help my kids embrace personal ownership. I never realized how often I used value words like ‘dependable’ and ‘reliable’ interchangeably! The best part? My daughter loves our value talks. It’s amazing to see how kids naturally embrace values when we nurture them the right way.

Values mindset has completely changed my parenting style. Instead of getting angry, controlling and punishing, I fill my kids with love & care each and everyday. Now, every morning, my 5 year-old chooses what value he will use for the day then he makes sure to live by that value for the majority of the day without me helping or reminding him!

It’s not a checklist or a shortcut. But if you’re willing to see your role—and your child—in a whole new way and let go of the strategies and thinking behind behaviorism, this will shift how you lead and your ability to create connection and influence with your kids.
