Share and Thrive Registration

Share & Thrive Affiliate Agreement

This Share & Thrive Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the entity doing business as Success Stacker and Priya Narthakii (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the individual or entity who agrees to the terms below (“You” or “Your”). You and Success Stacker may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

By participating in the Share & Thrive Affiliate, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all promotional and legal requirements listed herein.

1. Parties & Updates

You agree to notify us in writing at support@successstacker.com within twenty-four (24) hours of any change in the legal name of your account ownership. You certify that all information submitted to us is truthful and accurate.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

Success Stacker reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the Share & Thrive Affiliate at our sole discretion. We may also remove or suspend access at any time, for any reason, without liability.

3. Commission & Payouts

  • Inspiring Parent Mentor (IPM): $100 per qualifying sale
  • Lead the Legacy Parenting (LLP): $500 per qualifying sale

Payment Terms:

  • No commissions are paid for purchases made through your own user account(s)
  • No commissions are paid for refunded, canceled, or disputed purchases
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted
  • All commissions are paid in USD or currencies supported by our payment provider
  • If your total commissions do not exceed $100 within 120 days, they will be forfeited
  • Minimum payout threshold: $100- Payouts are made every 120 days via ACH
  • You may not:
  • Pay for someone else’s program to gain a commission
  • Operate multiple Share & Thrive accounts
  • Offer cash-back or monetary incentives
  • Use a fake name or another person’s info
  • If you break any of these, all commissions will be forfeited, and your account may be terminated

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on earned commissions.

4. Link Tracking & Promotion

  • Branding assets may be used but cannot imply employment or direct affiliation
  • Paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns do not require pre-approval
  • You will receive a unique link for promotions
  • All tracking is handled via ClickFunnels 2.0

5. Termination

  • This agreement begins when you accept it
  • Either Party may terminate with written notice
  • If you generate no commissions for 12 consecutive months, your account may be closed
  • Any breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions

6. Legal & Compliance Responsibilities

You agree to uphold:

  • FTC disclosure requirements
  • Truthful representation of our offerings
  • Your own legal and tax responsibilities
  • Non-disparagement of Success Stacker or any competitor
  • The integrity of the Share & Thrive Program at all times

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to uphold:

  • Success Stacker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is capped at the greater of $2,000 or three times the commissions paid to you in the month prior to a dispute

You acknowledge that Priya Ramesh is operating as a sole proprietor and not as a corporation or limited liability company. Accordingly, your participation in this program is at your own risk, and you agree that no legal entity shields or guarantees any obligations beyond those expressly outlined herein.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of California. Class actions are waived. California law governs this Agreement.

9. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor—not an employee, partner, or legal agent of Success Stacker. You may not bind or represent the Company in any capacity.

10. Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Notice will be given via email or through our official community platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of all changes.

Appendix A: Promotion Rules & Compliance

These terms govern your conduct as a Share & Thrive partner and are part of this Agreement.

1. Legal Compliance

You must follow all advertising, data protection, email marketing, and FTC rules. You may only promote using claims and assets provided or approved by Success Stacker.

2. Disclosure

You must clearly state:

“I may earn from qualified purchases through this Share & Thrive link. I am a promoter of Success Stacker, not an employee.”

This disclosure must be prominent and not buried or hidden.

3. Prohibited Practices

  • No misleading claims or emotional manipulation
  • No spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading URLs
  • No impersonating the brand or offering unapproved bonuses
  • No paid ads on Success Stacker brand terms or competitor comparisons

4. Social Media Rules

  • Use tags like #successstacker, #ad, #sponsored, or #promotion visibly
  • Use platform tools like “Paid Partnership” where available
  • Place disclosure above the fold and before “More” buttons

5. No Guarantees or Business Opportunity Claims

Do not promise income or specific parenting outcomes. If sharing results, include this:

“These were my results. Yours will vary depending on effort, consistency, and individual circumstances.”

6. Respect the Brand

Do not criticize Success Stacker or its partners. Do not repurpose our client content without permission.

7. Complaints

If someone complains about your promotional content, you must notify us within 24 hours by emailing support@successstacker.com.

8. Non-Assignment

Your Share & Thrive link and account are non-transferable. You may not create multiple accounts or use others’ identities to earn commissions.
